The 32nd Day of Coach Tourism will take place on Monday, 25th November 2013, in the spectacular Europa-Park leisure and theme park in Rust, Germany. The subject to be discussed by a panel of industry experts is "Stationary, online, mobile - optimising the distribution and sales of coach holiday travel". Coach holiday sales and optimizing co-operation between primarily medium-sized coach companies and their main external distribution partners - travel agencies - will be in the spotlight. Attention will also be focused on online information, marketing and booking platforms - with 34% of Germans already booking holidays online and growing steadily. Mobile distribution to clubs & associations also opens up a whole new field of possibilities for local consultation and sales via laptop. These and other exciting aspects will be discussed by a panel of experienced distribution experts: "New trends and changes in consumer behaviour pose additional challenges for tour operators and travel agencies" RDA - President Richard Eberhardt's opening statement. Thomas Mack, Member of the Europa-Park management team will greet the conference participants on behalf of their hosts. Dieter Gauf, RDA CEO and Spiritus rector of the "Day of Coach Tourism"  will introduce the subjects to be discussed by distribution experts and branch insiders. A key-note statement on "Distribution of holidays - today and tomorrow" will be delivered by Jürgen Büchy, President of the DRV - German Travel Association. Expert statements will then follow from: Prof. Dr. Claudia Brözel, founding director of the VIR - Association for Distribution of Travel via Internet will speak about "Effectively selling group travel online". Achim Steinebach, Managing Director of Amondo GmbH will elucidate upon the possibilities  of "Directly advising, tailoring offers and selling to customers via mobile distribution". Jürgen Büchy, Prof.Dr. Claudia Brözel and Achim Steinebach will then engage in discussion and debate with the following branch insiders:
Willi Müller, Managing Director of Schmetterling Reisen GmbH.
Oliver Gröpper, Managing Director of family-owned Neubauer Reisen GmbH.
Paul Royer, Owner of Royer Voyages and Co-President of the Alsace Section of the French Coach Operators Federation FNTV

Prof. Dr. Harald Bartl will - in his inimitable and entertaining manner - moderate the podium discussion and take questions from the floor.
